If you would like to make an appointment, please contact us by calling (703) 366-3332. If you would like to request an appointment online, please select the "Appointment Request" option from the menu above. A member of our staff will follow up with you directly to confirm scheduling.
Financial
Chiropractic care is covered by most health insurance, both HMO/PPO, Medicare, auto insurance, and as well as worker’s compensation. We would be happy to submit your insurance claims for you. Stress Relief Chiropractic Center participates with many insurance companies. Please call us to find out if your insurance is accepted by our practice. We will gladly provide you with assistance on any questions you may have regarding your insurance coverage. If you do not have health insurance we also provide a very reasonable cash payment program.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
